Mt. Diablo D-Star System is situated on the North peak of Mt. Diablo in California's East Bay 33 miles east of San Francisco. At 3,600' the K6MDD System has excellent coverage of most of the Bay area !
This is an open system with nodes on 2 Meters, and 23 CM. K6MDD can also support high speed data on the 23CM band. K6MDD is also connected to the D-Star gateway allowing you to connect to the increasing number of D-Star Systems around the world.
K6MDD was first operational on 1st July 2006.
There are in excess of 1000 D-Star Systems world wide and the number is growing every week.
